Currently seeking: Loan Officer/Branch Manager for our Gary location
- Banking/lending experience preferred along with the ability to build new customer banking relationships (lending and deposits).
- Agricultural experience/background is important.
- Strong organizational skills with knowledge and understanding of sales prospecting and the ability to generate referrals.
- Working knowledge of banking processes and underwriting requirements, with the ability to develop proficiency with specific company products, policies and procedures.
