Linked Checking Required: You’ll need a checking account at any U.S.-chartered financial institution to transfer funds to and from your UBM Direct Savings account.
Online Access: View monthly statements and transaction details anytime through online banking.
Variable Interest Rate: The rate may change daily. Interest is calculated on your available daily balance using simple interest, then compounded and credited monthly.
Minimum Balance Requirement: If your balance falls below $1,000, no interest will be earned and a $10 monthly service charge applies.
Early Closure Fee: Closing your account within the first 90 days incurs a $25 fee.
